Where your order is

Every Pup Purse is made after you order it. Nothing ships from a shelf. That is why the wait is what it is, and it is why this page exists, so you can see what is actually happening instead of guessing.

The short version: allow up to 24 weeks from the day you order to the day it arrives. Most of that is the build, not the shipping.

The stages

1. Order placed

You get a confirmation email straight away with your order number. You have 24 hours to change or cancel anything. Just reply to that email.

2. Waiting for your batch

Bags are made in batches, and yours joins the next one. This part is quiet. That is normal.

3. In production

Your bag is being cut and sewn. I email you when this starts. It is the longest stage by a distance.

4. Finished and checked

Every bag gets looked over before it is packed.

5. Shipped

You get a tracking number by email the day it leaves the factory. Not before. Tracking does not exist until the parcel does.

6. On its way

International tracking goes quiet sometimes. A page can sit on the same status for a week while your parcel is between carriers or sitting in customs. That is normal, not a lost parcel. If it has not moved in 14 days, email me and I will chase it.

You will hear from me

I email you when your bag goes into production, every few weeks while it is being made, and again the day it ships. You should not have to ask where it is.

If you want an update sooner than that, email support@mypuppurse.com with your order number. It comes to me, and I answer the same day.

Week sixteen is not late

I would rather tell you 24 weeks and get it to you sooner than tell you a month and leave you refreshing a tracking page in week six. So weeks sixteen, eighteen and twenty are normal. The full detail is in the shipping policy.
